We are not responsible if you are mislead by another entity claiming to be us and fraudulently using our name.

We will never call you and ask for personal information or payment/credit card details over the phone.

At System Motorsports, we are dedicated to ensure your order is processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. While we are constantly improving our customer service by the day, we formally state that by accepting and proceeding with our checkout process through finalization, ALL sales are final.

Deposits for special-order items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are given for special order items. NO MODIFICATIONS will be allowed once the order has been submitted with the distributor. Special orders are customized products or services that are not regularly stocked by the company. These orders are typically non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or altered once they have been submitted to the manufacturer. By placing a special order or putting a deposit down, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that they will not be able to make any changes to the order after it has been placed. The company will not be held responsible for any errors in the special order that were provided by the customer at the time of the order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the special order is accurate and complete before the order is placed. By proceeding with the checkout process for special-orders, the customer is obligated to complete any outstanding balances due once the product is completed and ready to ship. Failure to pay the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship will result in forfeit and loss of the deposit.

Approved cancellations will be subjected to a 15% fee. Authorized returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, and items must be in brand-new and unopened + unused condition in its original packaging, within 30 days of item pickup/delivery. Brand-new catalog-spec parts/wheels that are not special-order/custom in nature can be exchanged for another part/wheel that is in-stock for a 15% restocking fee + differences in cost, and return freight must be arranged back to us. Wheels or products that have been preordered that are not custom in nature can be swapped to a wheel or product in-stock for a $150 flat-fee + differences in cost. Mounted and balanced wheels will not be accepted for returns and refunds no exceptions. Please call our staff IMMEDIATELY during our office hours to cancel an order. Do not assume we will see your email in time as we get hundreds of emails and messages per day. We will work as efficiently and swiftly as possible to stop the progress your order, but cannot guarantee it if it has begun processing/shipping already. If order processing has already begun, cancellation / restocking fees will apply. For any special requests and accommodations, please make sure to specify these requests at the special-instructions section during checkout. There is no guarantee of a granted request i.e a modification to an order/an add-on to an order (assuming no extra charges apply) if it is not specified at this section during checkout. Any approved cancellations/refunds/credits will typically show on a statement within ~5-10 business days depending on the financial institution. For returns, the items MUST be in brand-new condition in original packaging. Once the items are inspected by our staff and are approved, a refund will be issued less the restocking fee.

Customers should fully inspect all merchandise upon acquisition of goods, all items received must be inspected and report damages/missing the same day of package delivery. At the time of delivery all items are to be inspected. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete and invalid claim. If damages are found at the time of delivery they are to notify the carrier driver and System Motorsports immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to check all shipments for damages before signing for product. Due to movement during transit, select wheelsets may exhibit slight marring on the bottom of the barrel lip as the wheel will shift despite cardboard being in place. This is a normal phenomenon and will not be seen once mounted on car. Any products signed will become customer's responsibility to put in claim for damages.

Pricing on all items are subject to change and product discontinuations can occur without prior notice. **ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!** 

High performance products are for off-road use only. System Motorsports is not responsible for any damages that my be incurred through the sales, installation, use, or misuse of the products we sell. Due to the sophisticated paint process and handling procedures carried out by the manufacturers, minute imperfects and tiny defects may be present on select products. This is not an uncommon occurrence especially on select wheels and painted finishes. As many of our products are imported directly from overseas manufacturers, product packaging and boxes may occasionally exhibit slight imperfections. In order to reduce the chances of damage in transit, we typically add additional packaging material to avoid damaging the product itself when shipping to the end-user.

All merchandise, parts, products, and accessories purchased through System Motorsports are to be installed by a professional mechanic in a properly equipped workshop. Pictures used for marketing purposes only. Actual product may vary. Any damage or missing parts that occur during installation will not be refunded or entertained. Manufacturer warranty does not cover damage or deformities incurred through regular road use. All advice imparted by our staff are to be used under your own buyer discretion. We do not bear any responsibility for any misuse, damage, or injury/death caused by improper use of any of our products. Buyer assumes all responsibility when ensuring the fitment of correct fitment. We do not bear any responsibilities for misunderstanding/misinterpretation regarding the fitment and modifications necessary that a product may entail in order to work. Buyer assumes all liabilities and responsibilities regarding the research and information of a product. System Motorsports does not guarantee the legality of any products that we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to check local and state laws regarding vehicle modification before ordering. All engine-modifications have been designed and are intended for off-highway and race-use/off-road use only. 

If item is in-stock, most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days ON AVERAGE if in-stock. Depending on the item, certain special-order items will take longer to fulfill. If you order an item that commands a lead time or is out of stock + backordered, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of this as soon as possible. If you are unsure if an item is in-stock, please use our live-chat, or give us a call during our business hours or send us an email to verify. Not everything listed on the website is in-stock, so it is best to perform a stock / ETA check before placing an order with us. Please note, existing and current promotions cannot retroactively be applied to previous orders that have already been placed. 

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed the same or following day, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. We can ship to freight forwarders. However our responsibility ends once it is picked up by our carrier and delivered to the freight forwarder. All correspondence and follow up with freight forwarder must be conducted by you. While majority of the orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Hayward, CA, we do drop-ship from other suppliers. We do our best to only work with suppliers that can fulfill our orders efficiently, so most orders will leave within 1-3 business days after processing. Standard ground shipments will take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on which continental state you ship to (a business day is a non-holiday weekday, weekends are not counted). Please allow extra time when shipping to remote rural areas and during peak holidays. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order. If you placed your order via the telephone and did not provide us with an e-mail address, please contact customer service for tracking. Select wheels and wheelsets may show slight micro-scuffing on the inside barrel and/or barrel lip upon visual inspection due to the fact that the wheels are rolled along a metal conveyer belt during the production process. This exhibited phenomenon is normal. Although rare, some boxes may have small punctures in them during transport at the factory, though the wheel should remain unscathed due to the added inside protection. In the event that wheels exhibit large damage upon delivery, please keep all boxes + packaging materials and labels, and document thoroughly with photos.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Any typographical / price listing errors that may appear on our website will not be honored and your order will be cancelled. System Motorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

In order to qualify for a price match, the advertised price must be from an authorized dealer based in the US. Overseas retailers do not qualify for a price match as their advertised prices are in native currencies converted to USD before duties / taxes. The competitor must have the item in stock. The competitor’s price must be current to date. The competitor's price must not be an exclusive promotion. If the competitor’s discounted price is out of date and based off incorrect MSRP, we will not match the price as the competitor is most likely unaware of the mistake and unable to fulfill the order at their price.

Payment Requirements:

  1. The shipping + billing address MUST match that of your credit card address. This is for the protection of our customers. If at the time of ordering these two addresses do not coincide, for high ticket items we are only able to ship to the confirmed billing address on-file at the time of the order. 
  2. You must enter a valid Street Address, City, State, and ZIP. The ZIP code must be registered to your provided city and state.
  3. P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, PR, Guam, and orders going to additional US territories + international territories are not accepted online. Please contact us directly if you require shipping to such an address, as payment must be made via wire transfer. To arrange payment, please reach out to us directly.
  4. If you are located in Alaska/Hawaii, items do not qualify for free shipping. To request a shipping quote, please contact us via email/phone.
  5. We do not process orders outside the USA on our website. Please contact us for estimates and payment instructions via email/phone.  Please note that for international orders, payment must be made via bank wire transfer. To arrange payment, please reach out to us directly.
  6. Will Call / Pick-up Orders:  Please contact us by phone or e-mail to get estimates and availability for will call / pick-up. We do not take cash payments, and only take electronic / contactless payments. If your billing address is out of state / out of country, yet you select local pickup from our warehouse, you WILL be charged sales tax upon pickup.
  7. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE PROPER THREAD PITCH AND STYLE OF LUGNUT / LUG BOLT THAT YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG THREAD PITCH OR SEAT TYPE / LUG BOLT / LUGNUT FOR YOUR VEHICLE OR WHEELS.
  8. For local pickup orders that are not in-stock in our main warehouse but available at our alternate warehouses, items may command a ~1-2 week ETA before they are ready for pickup.
  9. If you are unable to receive USPS Postal Mail and require another shipping courier to deliver your package, please make note of this before submitting your order at the "special instructions" section at checkout. Additional charges may apply if you require us to use another mail shipping service outside of USPS.

We reserve the rights to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
