At System Motorsports, our recruitment strategy is as intentional as our operational methodology. Phase I: Our team evaluates your relevant background, technical qualifications, and track record of efficiency to ensure your profile meets the rigorous standards of what we expect for our brand.

Open Mandate: Brand Ambassador & Social Media Personality

Location: Headquarters – Hayward, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), Full-Time

Role Objective: To serve as the primary on-camera face and voice of System Motorsports, humanizing our brand and bridging the gap between high-performance hardware and our global community. This role is designed for a charismatic individual who can translate technical automotive excellence into engaging, viral, and relatable social content while maintaining our status as an industry powerhouse.

Professional Requirements:

  • Dynamic On-Camera Presence: Exceptional charisma and comfort in front of the camera. You must be able to articulate brand messaging, explain product features, and lead high-energy segments with authenticity and professional-grade delivery.

  • Meticulous Product Handling: Absolute precision in the handling and movement of high-value performance components. Whether featuring a rare set of wheels or high-end suspension, you must be meticulous in your workflow to ensure product integrity remains uncompromised. This is a non-negotiable.

  • Trend Mastery & Content Strategy: A sophisticated creative eye for existing and emerging social media trends. You must possess the ability to adapt viral formats to our elite automotive audience, ensuring System Motorsports remains at the forefront of the digital landscape.

  • Operational Autonomy & Organization: Must be exceptionally organized regarding filming schedules and production timelines. You must possess the ability to operate autonomously on-site—scripting and prepping your own segments—while remaining deeply integrated within our high-efficiency team.

Open Mandate: Sales & Account Associate

Location: Headquarters – Hayward, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), Full-Time

Role Objective: To drive revenue growth and secure market share by fostering long-term, high-value relationships with retail clients and wholesale dealers. This position is based out of our Hayward headquarters to ensure total integration with our logistical and technical operations. You will work directly with our sales manager to grow our retail and wholesale network.

Professional Requirements:

  • A mandatory, high-level understanding of automotive components and performance builds. You must possess the technical depth required to consult on complex builds and ensure the correct product fitment for every client. 

  • Exceptional conversational skills with a focus on professional diplomacy. You must be capable of engaging a diverse range of users—from individual enthusiasts to large-scale dealers—with absolute professionalism and incredible patience.

  • Proven experience in high-performance sales, including lead generation, relationship management, and the seamless execution of the invoicing and procurement process. 

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output team environment while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • A commitment to the System Motorsports philosophy of long-term partnership over short-term transactions, ensuring total customer satisfaction and dealer confidence.

Location & Eligibility:

Candidates must be based in or willing to commute to the San Francisco Bay Area. These roles are on-site at our Hayward, CA headquarters to facilitate the hands-on, integrated nature of our operation.
