The BBS E87 is a legendary three-piece wheel, purpose-built for motorsport applications. It's a hallmark of BBS's racing heritage, combining a forged aluminum center with a back-milled spoke area and lightweight spun aluminum inner and outer rim halves. This construction results in an incredibly strong yet remarkably light wheel that is favored by professional race teams for its performance and repairability.
The E87 shares its forged-aluminum three-piece construction with the E88 but is purpose-built as the smaller-diameter variant, offered by BBS Motorsport in 16" and 17". Like the rest of the Classic Motorsport line, every rim is tire-seat-blasted for improved tire bead grip and durability, with a high-polish outer lip as standard.

Installation Note: For all BBS Motorsport 3-piece wheels, we recommend having your tire installer apply bead sealant to ensure a leak-free seal.
A Note on Assembly: Beware of builders who assemble multi-piece wheels using non-BBS hardware, gaskets, or rim sections to cut costs — on a structural, load-bearing wheel this is a serious safety hazard. Every wheel we build uses 100% factory BBS parts throughout, which is something we take real pride in.
